We build trust by honouring our commitment to each other. We will ensure the utmost integrity in all communications between clients, swim school personnel and management.

Most accidents are preventable therefore safety is the responsibility of every person working in, using and enjoying our facility.
Safety is the underlining principle in everything we do from the teaching of our program to the continual education for all clients and staff.
Professional Standards
Great swim schools begin with great teachers.
We believe that quality education and professional development for all Swim School personnel is the key to continual improvement. We will continue to strive as industry leaders using Business Best Practice.
Consistency of service
We will continually measure, review and improve our teaching and service performance to ensure consistency in program structure and Swim School standards.
Cleanliness
We will ensure consistently high standards in water quality, cleanliness of the pool surrounds, amenities and general upkeep of the facility.
Ensuring health standards defines our commitment to wellbeing for all.
